NP for sure, especially if you plan on taking it to the track often. Honestly, I think the paint scheme adds character to the car. I wouldn't even be mad about it.

15k$ but it'll probably take another 10k$ to fix/prepare anything that's getting worn down or whatever. Still NP because racecar.
